Email Polimarket
Polimarket is the publishing name for this website. Use this address for questions about our pages, the way we present market information or a potential business relationship.
Reporting a market error
Include the exact market title, the page address and the detail that looks wrong. If the current operator page shows something different, include that address and when you checked it. Please distinguish a changed price from a copying error; the odds here are snapshots.
Questions about a bet or account
Account access, deposits, withdrawals, accepted bets and settlements belong with the operator where the account is held. Polimarket cannot access those records or change a settlement.
Do not send us passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or account screenshots containing personal information.
Privacy requests
For a question about correspondence you have sent us, put “Privacy” in the subject and describe what you would like us to look at. Do not include extra identification unless it is needed to handle the request.
Our privacy policy explains what the site does with information.
